The Wings is part of a large multifunctional development by Sun Hung Kai and MTR inTseung Kwan O. The project is just above the MTR Tseung Kwan O station and isone of the largest residential development in that region. The wholedevelopment includes six residential blocks, three luxury hotels, a giantshopping plaza and office.
The machines rooms are located directly above the residential apartments at Roof Floor and high level floor. AA supplied a high performing concrete floating slab system, type CDM-ISO-FLOAT, to provide sufficient vibration isolation and sound insulation to ensure that the equipments could not be heard in the residential apartments.

Its gymnasium room is located directly above a noise sensitive fine-dining restaurant; therefore, a dry type floating floor system was specified to isolate it from the main structure.
