CDM-QTRACK-JIG? is a Fastener-Less Embedded Rail system having the following advantages:

The solution consists of a rail that is completely encapsulated in an elastic jacket, CDM-JACKET, with a unique shape and adapted stiffness characteristics. The jackets are manufactured from resin-bonded rubber using granules that are made from 100% re-cycled tyres. The system, when installed in concrete and the road finish, provides support to all sides of the rail and allows stringent vertical and lateral support criteria to be met.

CDM-QTRACK-JIG? comes in 3 basic types:：

CDM-QTRACK-JIG?-COMPACT:
solution with a rail modulus > 80 MN/m/lm-rail for projects with no specific N&V requirements. This solution is used in mainly dedicated track conditions: depots, tangent track in free-field conditions (fairly far away from buildings).

CDM-QTRACK-JIG?-CLASSIC:
solution with a rail modulus > 35 MN/m/lm-rail

CDM-QTRACK-JIG?-COMFORT:
solution, by adding a CDM-AV-STRIP resilient rail strip, allows a reduction of the vibration transmission to the environment by a factor of about 7 to 15 dBV depending on the reference taken. The rail modulus > 10 MN/m/lm-rail.
